    New M3 will be only Manual! There won't be SMG at all!
    Early 2008 new BMW DSG will join manual version of M3...

    Well, the dealer told me on Saturday that I'm #1 now not #2. I still like it very much but as far as practicality M3 suits me and the family better.

    I still won't ask for my deposit back since I seem to change my mind by the hours .

    OH NO!!!!i actually like it, when deep inside i wanted to hate it. Ive had mix emotions about the m3. Like my first love (its my first sports car), i always have a soft spot for it but want to move on. Now it looks better than ever, should i pay a visit to my dealer? Being, in Dubai, i'm obviously going to be th 100th in line or something. and from past experience , im never going to buy a 1st year BMW again.

    IMHO 415 but, this is almost for sure CSL version...
    Tires are Michelin Cups, roof is CF...

    Official sales MY2008(August 2007)...
    Normal version will be different in details mentioned above and only gearbox for first production run will be manual...

    Interesting, SMG seems to be dead for BMW...

    The bonnet looks a bit ricer to me IMO. Otherwise nicely put together car.

    Well, I suspected I wouldn't like it and I don't. I severely dislike the horrible line that goes along the side of the car (at the height of the door handles). I also don't like the front and rear aprons. The exhausts are too close together. Most of all, I hate the power dome on the bonnet.

    In London, this car will attract the same crowd of hooligans as the current M3 does. BMW has answered their prayers.

    LOL. I am first on my dealer's list for one.

    The bonnet and roof are not finalized. I suspect the hood will lose the vents and some of the bulge of the power dome. HP rumors are between 410-440 with a weight of 3500 lbs.

    The bonnet looks terrible.

    Don't like that detail at all. Rest of the car is a nice new interpretation of the old M3-theme.

    BTW, I like new M3, but not as much as R8. S5 looks very nice also IMHO.
