997 CS2 Recall???

Received a phone call from my dealer stating that a recall has been initiated and that he wanted me to drop the car off and they would supply me a loaner. When I inquired as to the specifics of the recall, he stated that he would call me back with the info Monday. Has anyone else heard of this recall?

I have an '06 911S - took delivery one year ago tomorrow, Feb. 20. I have not gotten any recall notice from my dealer, who would probably email me as well as send me a formal letter.

I recently had my 997 C2S in for a 20,000 mile service.
The dealer said there was a recall involving the "Instrument Display"
They kept the car for a week waiting for a CD from the motherland to accomplish the update.
....The CD never arrived & they returned the car.
I believe the part Number for the CD was on the ticket

I've had three recalls thus far on my '05 C2S ....

Bonnet (Hood) latch, a gearbox cable and the above mentioned tail pipes - in that order.

I took the opportunity to have PSE fitted when it went in for the pipes.

It is a 2006 CS2. I will contact my dealer tomorrow and find out what he was talking about.
