I don't think you can be much more or less healthy unless you can actually define what it means. Some very basic things like weight, blood pressure, etc, but I think you'd be hard pressed to prove two perfectly healthy people are more or less healthy than one another.
My grandma is 97 and never exercised a day in her life. She doesn't diet. I argue she's had amazing good health all her life.
My father died at age 92, same thing. Unfortunately he developed Alzheimer's at age 87.
I never ate fruits or vegetables in my life, no kidding. Always hated this stuff. Never touched a salad in my life. I am 52 now and I'm perfectly healthy. Only taking 100 mg of Aspirin per day because it is recommended to keep your blood thin from a certain age on... No high blood pressure, no diabetes, nothing. I never worked out a lot, only doing stuff I like. I do not smoke or drink though, never did. Not even a beer. Also no drugs, ever.
Within my circle of friends, basically everyone at my age has a medical condition and most of them are doing lots of sports (actually often because of their medical condition). Genetics...you can't beat it.
Oh, here's a shocker for some of you: I am using Aspartame for over 30(!) years now. Sometimes I drink 3-4 liters of Aspartame sweetened sodas per day and I use at least 20-30 Aspartame tablets per day for sweetening my coffee. I'd say that I am the best proof that it is safe. My wife uses Aspartame for over 20 years in slightly lower quantities. Same thing, she is as healthy as she can be (contrary to me, she works out at least one to two hours per day...she loves it). I hate fat food though, avoid it whenever I can. Also, I'm not a fan of sweet stuff like cakes or similar stuff. I love ice cream though.

You have never eaten fruits or vegetables in your life? That's quite a statement and I don't believe it.
Never ever...neither do my kids (they come after me according to my wife).
Well...I love potatoes (mostly mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes) and I love white beans but I don't eat them much (beans). I usually eat meat (though mostly lean meat), I love dairy products (I drink at least a cup of milk per day, also love my cheese) and I like bread but I cut down on it to loose a few pounds. Oh and I drink Martinelli's apple juice when I'm in the US (only apple juice I like). Favorite desert is ice cream.
Like I said before though: No smoking, no drinking (zero) and no drugs (ever). Also, I'm not a fan of fatty foods.
Also drinking mostly water (Evian) and when I work, Coke Zero (in the past Diet Coke). I love coffee but I have a pretty good digestion (if you get my point ) when I drink coffee, so I do not drink much coffee at work.
Believe it or not, perfect blood pressure (sometimes even too low), perfect glucose levels (actually a bit on the lower side, 60-65), cholesterol is OK too, my cardiologist (he is a friend) is very happy with me (he always tells me that he can tell immediately that I never smoked) and otherwise, I have no health issues. No need for any medications (incl. Viagra )...so far. Even still have a lot of hair and I wash it every day since I am 10 or so (my mother always told me that I'm going to get bald if I wash my hair every day ).
Oh wait, there is one "medication" I take, more of a supplement: Vitamin C. Once a day, 1000 mg with time release from a US company (Nature Made I think, I always buy a couple of boxes of this stuff when I'm in the US). Taking it for years now, may kind of a placebo effect only but I think it is doing me good.
