The engine is not designed for that level of stress, either power or thermal. Also the engine compartment and cooling system not designed to cope with the very high heat levels (500+ deg C) that turbocharging creates. The brakes, suspension and chassis are also not designed for that power.
By the time you've bought the car and paid to have the work done you would be very near the price of a good used 997S. and this would be a much much better and safer choice. You would have a thoroughly reliable car with full Porsche warranty, the exact opposite of what you would get if you went down the route you are thinking of.
