I've seen more detailed descriptions - I'll post them when I find them, but I believe that "drag-torque" function works even when your foot is not on the throttle pedal...
The information I received from the Porsche employee regarding the TC features of the GT3 was the main reason why I finally decided not to wait for the 997GT2 any longer (the car will most likely have the TC of the 997GT3). No PSM like features, no GT2 for MKSGR 
... what would you say if you are a 997 GT2 owner and i told you that there is a FERRARI 599 is waiting you in Nurbergring .. ?
