    I was routing for the GT2 but the straight line speed of the F50 and 40 was too much for the GT2. It looked as though the GT2 seemed to lose a bit of steam towards the end.

    Thanks Duncan for the video, one of the best I've seen.

    Ferrari did well starting from the back; I was routing for the Ferraris. (someone has to rout for the underdog).

    Ferrari has it all, track performance and beautiful looks.
    The only other beauty missing was the Testarossa.

    I expected the GT2 to be faster.
    F40 had the best lap time.

    that was cool. The ferrari's were supercars, whereas the gt2 is a production variant. The 355 was dragging.

    I wouldn't call the f355 road car being .265 of a second behind the stripped out Gt3's best lap "dragging".

    Very cool video.

    I was routing for the Ferraris too.

    Levels of performance keep on getting higher and higher; what's the fastest today is only adequate tomorrow. With Ferrari that point becomes irrelevant. They have the style, the passion, and that beautiful sound!

    Driving a Ferrari at the speed limit is more exhilarating than driving almost any other car at 150mph. Whether the 355 is a few tenths slower than the GT3 doesn't matter at all.

    I would say that Porsche builds a much better overall car, but the Ferraris have so many intangible qualities that can't be seen by simply watching a video for a few minutes.

    Still though, it's nice to see them clean up at the track. Thanks for posting.

    dragging was a relative term. Porsche is capable of making cars with those intangibles too.

    Just a question though, the Diablo in the video is a normal Diablo with cosmetic modifications correct?

    The rear reminds me of the Diablo GTR. Although this is impossible as the front is the standard Diablo.

    there is another video with these cars where they test their 1/4 mile times...they don't mention it but I think the F50 has a Tubi exhaust just like this particular F40..
