Stable mate for TT?
What do you guys think? So far I've looked at Acura RDX, BMW X3 (BMWNA lease support for this vehicle is incredible). I've considered an Audi A3 but don't think a hatch back or wagon is really my thing.

I'd get an Audi A6 wagon, but you're apparently looking for an SUV. How about a Lexus RX 450h? Would it get you access to the HOV lane in Philly?

About the Cayenne, Range Rover and X5 however, I'm assuming door dings, cramped city parking, etc will be the life for this vehicle. I'm afraid that if I get one of these vehicles I'd be anal about them as well. Thats why I'm looking in the 45k US range and below... kind of beater if you know what I mean.

Then perhaps get something like a Chevy Tahoe - drive the cr*p out of it, park it in dodgy neighborhoods, tight spaces etc. Up at Lake Tahoe in the winter , trucks like Suburbans, Denalis, LX470s etc parked in front of the over $8 million lakefront homes outnumber the " pretty " Euro SUVs !
