Option prices are far less relevant than car's likely one-yr trade-in value 
In US, fully-loaded $300K '07 599s will likely command $300K at trade-in after one yr/5Kish mis of use, when one wants to move on to a new, debugged/poss refined/upgraded '08 599....so options (and the car) suddenly seem much cheaper than any 997TT/65, etc etc, whether base or w/options...or whether one drives 500mi/yr or 15K mi/yr....

I'd have to get the clothes hanger - a real steal at $1339 - I wonder if that would give me two hangers or just the one..... Oh what the heck, I'll get two!
I think the term to describe the price on some of the options is "daylight robbery" Guess most of the manufacturers are happy to rip us off.

Another way to figure out my question to makes things easier - What is the US base price for a 2006 F430 coupe?
I'm just trying to figure out how much I spent in options on my car including the F1 trans, CCM's, racing seats, CF, etc.

I think the base price for the F430 in the US is something around 175k, maybe a little bit higher due to price increase since I don't have the latest numbers. CCM cost around 15k and F1 should be approximately 10k.

$50Kish in options sounds right for both 430/599 in US....in fact, my dealer advises to also put the ?$10K airship fee onto the sticker.....as one trades-in car in 6-12 mos for total sticker anyway....
Will be interesting to see how P prices 997TT options when PDK, PK and PSE (and Cab version) are released....a loaded 997TT Tip/PCCB Coupe already costs $150K+ (so $30K in options), but will likely have a brilliant $100K trade-in value in Fall07....so if PDK costs $10K, PK-PSE $15K and Cab an increm $10K, can P actually sell a $180K+ fast-depreciating car....or will it create a cheaper, "bundled" options package of some sort (as it did w/'04 996TT vs '05 996TTS)....or just offer cheap, 2 yr leases as MB does to move its fast-depreciating $200K 65s???

Ferrari offers certain non-standard colors ("upon request"). If you don't find the right color in the "upon request" set and the standard color set you can send a color sample and they will build to order (which is the most expensive option).
