    Cayenne Clubsport Version

    I just read on www.autobild.de that Porsche plans a Clubsport Version for the Cayenne. This version will only have two-wheel drive. Lightweight technology will come from the forthcoming 4-door Porsche.

    Have anyone heard more of this plans?

    I don't think Autobild knows what they're writing lately.
    A Cayenne Clubsport version without 4WD? For what purpose? To track race it? More likely is the rumored 7-seater.

    I guess autobild heard something of less weight for the next model and made a clubsport out of it. I don't know.

    But you're right. Doesn't make sense. That's why I posted it here...
