    Only 280 hp? That's disappointing. I expected 3xx hp.

    Yeah right. You'll see a 300hp Boxster when they raise the price of the S $10-20K and the regular 997 has 370 HP (someday).

    Porsche would never get these two models to the point of making the Boxster the equal or better performer, unless the price was much much higher. Even then Porsche may never do it.

    Not interested in the coupe unless its a Turbo (as if it'll ever happen). Have my mind set on the rag top.

    That's about what I've expected, even if it would be nice with 3xx hp! But that brings it to close to the 911 Carrera, but some day maybe...
