Nice photos Dan L! Incidentally, how much longer can you use the German number plates?
My new car was registered on 31 October 2006 with temporary German registration, basic third party green card insurance and number plates lasting until 14 November 2006.
I made sure I permanently registered my car in the UK at the UK DVLA on 13 November.

Thank you Dan. This blue is amazing on a cab. Your pics remind me of a fantastic 5 weeks holiday travel trough the West Coast, driving (in a van, unfortunately not in a Porsche) through the Canadian Rockies (beautiful!) from Calgary to Vancouver (what a town!), flyinf to San Francisco (the bridge in a light morning fog), driving to the fabulous parks, later Death Valley (brrr...), flying to Colorado's Grand Canyon, the parks in Utah (I never thought something like Zion, Red Canyon, Bryce canyon and Cedar Breaks could exist), flying back to Los Angeles (hum, the flowers and breakfast at the Bel Air pool...). So tired we flew to Hawai for one week.
Thank you Dan to give me the idea to think about this wonderfoul travel with my wife and our two kids.
Carlos
BTW Dan, did you take your apricot pooddles to the Eiger...on the north side?
