    GT3 RS in Carrera White

    just got word from my local dealer that you can now order the RS in carrera white, but without the GT3 RS decals! can anyone confirm?

    Man....I still think without a doubt that the best colour scheme for any RS is Carrera with Blue decals... Its awesome.

    I don't know if it's already official. But yes, there were plans to do so. (Unofficial you should have gotten a white RS from the start on.)

    The decal is really no big problem. In Germany you can get those decals in the same quality for around 200 Euro:

    Maybe there is something similar in the UK. Otherwise I can give you a contact. I'm sure he will help you.

    BUT! Right now there are soooo many white cars. Orange or green is something very, very special. And it looks gorgeous!

    you're right about the white issue... I have a white C2S Cab. myself... but it WOULD look good on an RS... but it don't beat the Orange...

    Not being picky, but am i the only person who's noticed the colour is actually called 'Carrara white' and not Carrera white as everyone seems to think it is? Or has Porsche spelt it wrong on their website and in the brochures?

    Carrara White with the blue is quite excellent. (Michaelangelo sourced his marble from Carrara, Italy. West of Firenze).

    My local dealer confirmed today that the 997 GT3 RS is from now on available in white, at a slightly higher upcharge than green/orange.

    Spec is: carrara white, silver wheels, black mirrors and sides on the wing, black roll cage, black text on engine lid, no stickers.
