Is it just me, or does this car look like a VW Passat with different front/tail lights and an Infiniti grill?

Front looks good, side looks like a VW Passat (very interesting...) and the rear is just plain ugly.
It is definetely somehow an improvement but not something I'd buy. And it is no sportscar.
