    I remember reading the results of a survey which stated that, statisitically, unmarried men die younger than married men, because bachelors do not take as much care of themselves as a wife would. So it can actually hurt you, if you are not married.

    It's called "the widowmaker", not "the batchelor butcher", so I'm keeping my hopes up .

    Regarding taking care of oneself, I'm not sure where they got those results, but I would respectfully disagree in at least a few cases.

    There's always the possibility of you buying a GT2 for your wife and then a week later safely buying a new GT2 from the insurance money as a freshly-widowed bachelor .

    PASM isn't the same as PSM. PSM is a stability system, while PASM stands for active suspension. Stick to AWD, seriously.

    Umm , I thought that "PASM" it`s the new system of Porsche because it`s was PSM on the 996 & now PASM on the 997 ..

    I hope that Porsche will be made it with PSM or PASM ..
    & if not can I order it with PSM or PASM ??

    Seeing that you have owned a Porsche, I'm surprised at the lack of knowledge. PASM is standard on the GT3 and will very likely be standard on the GT2. PSM is not available for the GT3 and will likely be unavailable for the GT2 as well.
    Make it simple: PSM is basically a fancy name for ESP. PASM stands for an adaptable suspension system.

    Based on very recent hints from the "source" (I have been there...): Don't expect an announcement before fall 2007. First deliveries in 2008 maybe (the latter part is just my interpretation)

    markus is posting recently no psm.
    can some summarize what is know to be true about the coming gt2, or at least what the best "inside info" is on the gt2?
    rc has your info changed to no psm?
    anyone know whether it will have a sunroof delete option?
    pdk is still up in the air?
    porsche sure likes to keep people guessing!
    and they're dang good at it too!!!

    I do not have definitive information on the PSM issue. Just the "personal opinion" of two Porsche employees (one even working in Weissach) that PSM on the GT2 "would not make sense"... Unfortunately, such statements usually mean "no PSM will be available"

    guess we still don't have much solid info on the gt2!?
    or the north american rs either!?
    or pdk!?!?
    seems like w/ internet communication being what it is these
    days we would have more concrete info.
