    993 vs 996 sound pakage/ sport exhaust

    which is louder the 993 sound pakage or the 996 sport exhaust

    I would definitely say the 996 SE is louder. The 993 package mostly improves the intake sound (and some from the muffler but not as extreme as 996 with the flap open )

    Does anyone have any MP3's of the sport exhaust??? i'd love to hear it as I have never heard it before?

    996 sport exhaust mp3s @ porsche driving rxperience website - since all the PDE carreras have that standard. -good comparison flash applet also vs standard exhuast

    Wooooooowwwwww, I'm very impressed if can't already tell. Hopefully the 997 sounds just like it since it is suppose to emit more sound.

    I am thinking for a while to record my Evo Motorsports sport exchaust I installed on my 996 TT...May be its the time :-)
