    These pic is taken 3/06, french alps, not so far from the swiss border...

    I think you are looking at the wrong picture fritz I am talking about the one on the VERY narrow dirt road!



    I was looking at the right picture, but exaggerated just slightly when I said that "rural" scene was Downtown Andermatt. Andermatt is in fact a largish high-altitude village, or should that be small town..........

    By the way, Switzerland is a very orderly country and wouldn't allow any DIRT, so no dirt roads.

    That dirt road is in the Italien part of Switzerland, on Monte Bré sopra Locarno!

    Wow amazing pics Gnil. Just stunning scenery you have there. You obviously know how to take photos too... What camera do you use?

    By the way were you hinting (in yr p*** take with Matt) that a C2S can't handle snow even with Winter tyres? Planning to drive to St Anton this year with my car and 19" Winter tyres (Contis I think) for my annual skiing pilgrimage. Appreciate any advice you have on this - humorous or otherwise.

    I use my wife's pocket Nikon 5900... nothing special at all and enhance the photos with Microsoft's picture viewer..

    About driving with your C2S in the snow, you should have no problems ( I have never done it as I never owned a C2, but according to the 'others' you should have no problems, if you know you basics about driving on snow.
