1 tip though ,due to the incredibly limited run of the 993 Turbo S it may be insanely difficult to source such a specific colour.
I'm sure you've considered repainting, but that would surely destroy the car's value. Just a thought, good luck on the hunt!

Seriously, I don't know about speed yellow, but a Porsche collector/dealer here in the USA (New Haven, Connecticut-home of Yale University-and not much of anything else
), has eight (yes, 8! 
) 993TurboS's, although none in speed yellow. Here's the link:
