Coool, I took part in Hockenheim in April - snow on the way to Hockenheim, but thereafter dry and mild weather. It was the first time for me with Pistenclub - it seems, the members show a good discipline on the track - I liked in very much.
I assume you had a very nice day yesterday ! I trust your consumption on water / refreshments nearly matched the fuel consumption of your car ?? And, you need changing tires now ???

Pistenclub members are often highly skilled and very professional, they have a good reputation in the track community.

Great day and just around 40 cars on the GP-Track for every stint - that´s very relaxed driving. During the thursday "Public-Tourist-Driving" they let around 100 !! cars on the track.
And it helps that there are two groups at Pistenclub - Racecars and Streetcars.
And yes, water was very on demand - Spyder needs tires and a new windscreen, but that´s ok, we had big fun.

Nice pics! How do you like that track? I've never driven it, but there are a couple opportunities...

I like it very much, but the GP-Layout is very hard on tires and brakes - after the long Parabolica you reach in the Spyder 239 Kph and in the 991.1 RS over 250 and then you have to break for a Hairpin...tough.
They do have a second layout which is also very fun and used by Sport-Auto for their time-attack and some track-day companies.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but seeing those numbers is pretty shocking

Hell, I really suck Did 1,52 with 991.1 cup car on slicks..... Have to go back next year. First time on Hockemheim and have a lot to improve in regards of how to attac the track in best way. Did a "Sinatra" and tried it my way and that just led to a nice spin.....😳😂😂
To be honest a bit more than I could handle when at the same time getting familiar with the cup car and the slicks again (not really what I'm used to drive ) and at the same time try to focus on learning a new track But.... next year! 👍✌️😎
