Order R8 in US

I just place an order yesterday.
The dealer told me the first R8 in US will be a V10.
I don't know if this is true or not, does anyone
have the any ideas???

This far in advance of actual production, the dealer may not know any more than you do.

Not true. The answer is even in the model name. R8 = V8, R10 = V10...

The R10 is supposed to come at least a year after the R8...

No, not 100% sure, bu that is the rumor and it would mirror the names of their racecars. I AM pretty sure that the V8 will be the initial offering though...

I don't think it will have the V10 either.
Just hope the US spec didn't change too much like
the RS4.
Did anyone in US place order and what's the dealer told you about the ETA ?

I placed my order on saturday. The dealer has no info yet but I've got the 1st slot.
