ok guys... i promised you some first hand driving info here it is after 1000km in 2 days the GT3: Country roads 450km, German Autobahn 650km. I am not a race car driver but I do have some good experience in fast cars and monposto race cars. Weather conditions were perfect dry roads and about 16 degrees C. Road conditions anything from perfect B roads to bumpy uneven C roads and fast German Autobahn some with good tarmac some with more uneven bumpy stuff. First of all the car feels like a real race car from the first meters it is quite different from the carrera and u feel it straight away. The engine iddles more roughly feels more nervous and basically everyhing is just a touch stiffer and harder but without beeing ever annoyingly uncompromising. Road clearance is very very low, u have to be really very carfull in not scrapping the front lower plastic spoiler, I did it a couple of times and it looks to me that piece was made to be replaced often. Clutch quite firm but not uncorftable, very short gear shifts which need a firm movement but give u a great feel. OK...oil temp at 95C lets go.....on the torque side u might be a bit disappointed below 4000 the carrera definetely feels a bit stronger and refined there....but wait once u hit 4500 the gnarl really starts...u can feel the beast waking up..and what a beast it is..once u hit 5000rpm this thing is really going the power feels tremendousely linear and it hangs on the gas like white on rice...i stopped at around 6200rpm for the sake of running the engine in. But u are sooooo eager too push it more u reall have to hold yourself back especially as felt speed is deceiving u ARE GOING VERY VERY FAST but dont feel it. I found myself going 140-150kmh on b roads on small accelerating burst and i didnt even think i hit 110 only after i looked o the speedo. The car is so fast it will evaporat your driving license if u dont hold yourself back. It is the most stable balanced road car I EVER drove it is just soo easy, well at least it feels like it is. The front feels heavier than the 997 and overall there is a tremendous amount of confidence in the car. it is just so well balanced, bear in mind i didnt go nearwhere were i felt was the limit. Just Unbelievable!! The sound is enomous very race car like but just not too loud to be annoying...still this is no 997 exhaust, you know there is a big engine behind you and you hear it. I did about 550km of autobahn at around 150-170 absolutely no problem but still louder than the 997....really it starts to growl above 5000rpm. I was actually surprised at the comfort doing 550km without stopping on the A8...which is not the best surfaced autobahn in germany....u guys in the US will really be ok your roads ar way better. just when u hit really bad surfaced b or c roads do things get a bit messy ...u will feel it. So overall ...i am still shaking this car is just UNBELIEVABLE and i even have seen the last 2500rpm of the engine yet...that will be for next week........So long

I can only underscore this after 750km as it is very much in line with my experience. The sound is just adiciting! Cant wait to get to 8400RPM

I am thinking to trade off my C2S for a GT3 and i would like some more infos in handling terms. What do you mean "just when u hit really bad surfaced b or c roads do things get a bit messy''? Is it getting nervous at the front end bobing too much making difficult the turn in or is it just stiff enough but with no causing any other problems?
There are no test cars here in Greece and i have to visualise all that it in my head . Thanks in advance

That will be hard without trying it. When the road is bumpy the car does become nervous, not scary ( to me) but yes, it feels like it ' jumps' ( on normal mode)
I would say very similar to a Carrera -20mm if that can help you..
