Both the rear main seal and the intermediate shaft seal need to be replaced. If the intermediate shaft cover is of the old style, it will need replacing as well since it does not fit the new style seal.
Also they need to check the crankshaft bore concentricity if its within specs with the special tool 9699/1, if they can't place the tool in the crankshaft housing bore it means its not concentric and they need to replace the engine.
The clutch may be checked of you have had slipping problems with the clutch due to oil leaking in, if so you need a new tranny.
