I'm pretty sure roll cage, plastic rear window, and CGT seats are not available in the US I think the description on the US site is from Euro specs. If you read the fine print, there's a disclaimer that not all equipment is available in all markets...

The rationale is that a cage is more dangerous when not wearing a harness (hit your head on it). And the CGT seats don't have side airbags in them like the standard seats.
