    I believe the GT3 sounds the same as the RS right??? ,,,,I think its like this, and I hope so!!

    No R8, no 997turbo, no gallardo , no f430....the one and only GT3

    I'm pretty sure roll cage, plastic rear window, and CGT seats are not available in the US I think the description on the US site is from Euro specs. If you read the fine print, there's a disclaimer that not all equipment is available in all markets...

    I'm full agree with you, and yes the sound of the GT3 is the same , but i would'nt mine of a F430.

    Why can't the US market get a cage and the CGT seats? Why is MORE safety gear unacceptable?

    BTW, I dig the black with orange. I think it looks tough, but wouldn't want it for the same reason I don't want any black car.

    The rationale is that a cage is more dangerous when not wearing a harness (hit your head on it). And the CGT seats don't have side airbags in them like the standard seats.

    I wish we could sign a waiver and buy one with that gear anyways...

    Thorax airbags in the seats aren't required by DOT. There has to be some other reason for the CGT seats not making it into the U.S.

    I'm pretty sure it's the airbag issue. If not for regulations, then for legal liability in a litigious market...

    They are?? Not sure Cant listen to vids/sounds right now, but I think they'll sound different.
    996 GT3 sounds slightly different to 996 GT3RS.

    Maybe I'm wrong
