    I had the equivalent colors in my '99 986, and the only light color problem was the floor mats. They get filthy, or worse if you continue to spill coffee on them. I solved that by getting navy mats to match the exterior. The seats, dash, etc. were either no problem at all, or cleaned up nicely. That car had full leather interior, this one doesn't.

    Have to say that a Blue Porsche is my favourite. Metropole looks great as an interior colour. I love my Seal Grey Box but a Blue Porsche, perfect IMO!

    I like very much the artic silver metallic with the softtop and interior cocoa.
    Exscuse Steve,but what is the porsche's color in the picture??Lapis blue or midnight blue??

    Having owned a 996 in midnight blue and currently owning a 997 with a full cocoa leather interior, I most certainly would not endorse combining the two. There are much better combinations available.

    It's Midnight! It was a loan car from the OPC, it's for sale now. Very tempting but out of my league at the moment at Pounds63k!

    The midnight blue is best paired with black interior. IMO, the best boxster colours are basalt black/biege and midnightblue/black. I can also go with yellow/black or red/black but that'll be my secondary choices.

    For me, the best color combos are:

    Midnight/Metropol top/Natural Brown
    Atlas Grey/Black top/Terracotta
    GT silver/Cocoa top/Cocoa
    Black/Black top/Black
    Seal Grey/Metropol top/Metropol

    Does anyone have pictures of a Midnight/Blacktop/Black interior? I think this will be my first choice. however, i'm also thinking Basalt/Black/Black. Tell me which one you think is better.

    Basalt, black, black would be a great choice. That is a very hot combination. I am a little biased though because I would never order anything currently but the black interior. I like the red black combination on the Mercedes SLK and the BMW 3 series. I think that looks great but Porsche doesn't have that combo yet. I like obviously Yellow, black black personally for obvious reasons

    I only seen the sample pics on the official porsche site for the midnight/black/black combo. looks hella nice!! i think midnight blue is a great color plus it might be easier to maintain. however, i'm considering basalt/blacktop/sang beige interior. this has to be the best if it was on a 997. too bad i can't afford one unless my dad can help me out... anyways, a boxster is nice in its different ways. it certainly looks younger to drive and it's a better looking convertible IMO than the 911s. but the 911 coupes are just amazing. the back seats!!
