Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good child car seat that fits well on 997 rear seat. Don't want to spend too much $$$, the dealer wants $599 for it. I have 2 britax car seat that doesn't fit, any suggestions?
marathon is too big for the rear seat. I used the roundabout. It fits okay, but require the passenger seat to move up a bit. How old is your child? If old enough, try the Parkway (I have one, and fits fine as well).
I have heard that there is an anchor for the seat in the
rear for the child seats, I can't seem to locate one in my car. Do I need to add this or am not looking in the right place. My two year old gets really excited when he hears/sees my car that I really would like to take him for a spin. BTW I have a C2S coupe.
Re: I have heard that there is an anchor for the seat in the
I thought 'only' Porsche child car seats will work in the back seats of the 997, yep costly, but I think you'll find or know they are made specific and the absolute best!! wow $599, momma mia, that is pretty high!!
What is the post right above me looking for !!!???

I think Edward_Generation is asking about how to use the "latch" system to anchor his child seat in the rear seats and not the front passenger seat. I believe the "latch" anchor points are there, you just have to remove the seat cusion and then cut away the foam to find the anchor points. There was a post a few months ago on this forum that talked about it in more detail.
