i am also considering between the two. i know that the PCCB will look better with the atlas but i just got the andorite grey on the new S500 which is a little lighter but with a bluish tint.
what i want to ask is will this combo (slate, Blk/Teracotta, PCCB) look good.

I was in the same boat but as the Slate was a special paint choice, couldn't cought up extra $$$, I chose the Atlas sight unseen. I am sure glad I picked it for my car because every comment I get on the beauty has been on the paint. Atlas is whatever color you want it to be in a way pending light conditions...it's black, dark blue or dark grey.

as mentioned the atlas is a mystery color as depends on the amount of light available, you can percieve it to be different colors.
what do you guys think of the atlas with black/teracotta and PCCB. do you think the bluish tint would match with the teracotta interior. i know black with the this interior looks nice but i wanted to know if it will also suit the atlas. thanks

Slate is of course a great looking color, you can't go wrong with it, but after seeing both in person, I personally think Atlas is the best looking metallic color available for the 997 Trubo, color is subjective, but Atlas fits the new Turbo perfectly, so much better than it did the 996 Turbo, anyone contemplating Atlas, that is IMO the best color on these cars.

Shaika. IMO nothing really goes with teracotta but the best chance is black or white exterior. Good thig we all have different tastes. The beige or natural brown would go well with atlas as would black or black/stone. Good luck with your choice. Atlas is a fine choice but I went with slate/stone and PCCBs.

Only you can say if the slate grey is nicer and worth the extra 2500.00. If cost is an issue go Atlas and use the 2500 elsewhere.

I'm a "less is more" person and because this car has got so many holes, vents, flares, wings, the darker the colors seem better to me; you tend to see less bizziness with them. So IMHO, Atlas is one of the two best colors, Slate Grey being the other one.
I'd get a black interior though, it's a very bizzy look in there for a minimalist.
