Thanks guys, yeah it was so much fun.
Nick- I didn't get to see my car but I tried. True, it really makes you appreciate the car so much more when you see the manufacturing process with your own eyes. So much of the build is done by hand and seeing the interiors sewn and how other pieces come together was incredible. But the robotic's were also very interesting. The way the paint is sprayed is amazing.. One of my favorite parts was how 3 precise robots use liquid nitrogen to cool the valve seats at 136 below at the same time the head is heated. The robot then inserts the seats into the head and dunks it in water which seals the parts together forever. My favorite building though was defintely the final assembly plant. Watching the 8cyl. and 12 cyl. cars move down the production lines. 430's ,612's and 599's in all different options and colors was unreal.
Moogle - I took shots w/ 2 different camera's.
1) CASIO EXILIM EX-Z600 6.0 megapixel. It's an extremely tiny camera, almost the size of a credit card:

2) Canon Rebel XT.
The track photo's were taken w/ a Telephoto lens on the Canon.
I'd love to visit Stuttgart next.
