No, still not a possibility. The same time was achieved by a 996TT in a comparo with the Corvette several years ago in 100 degree heat. We haven't had these sort of temperatures yet here. The magazine editors are a bunch of incompetents, that's the real explanation. The Ferrari, while naturally aspirated, would also be affected by excessive heat, if it were indeed the case, but it turned out some of the best times ever recorded for the 430. So no, conditions weren't the problem.
