Sounds like THREE to me.
The wider the sheel, the more susceptible to damage they'll be, ESPECIALLY with those gangsta-style really-low-profile tires you'll put on them. Pick the tire size 1st; the size table will have a range of rim widths recommended.
Also, if you want to be able to rotate them, 2 different wheel sizes make it tough.

I'll use the continental tires
if I do all 4 wheels, 22x10.0 -> 295/30/22
if I do the other one, 22x9.5front(265/35/22 ) and 22x10.5rear(295/30/22)
the road here in Boston is so bad, there are so many holes, and I don't understand why I want 22" but I'm influenced and I fall in love with those wheels already,
I don't think I can rotate them anyway, because my front brakes are bigger so due to the brake clearance, the maximum lip I can have for the front is 2" while I'm having 4"lip for the rear, so I don think the rotation will work.

Anyway is there any other differences besides those? because I feel that the 9.5 and 10.5 looks hotter than the all 4 wheels 10.0

I think it's foolish to put smaller tires on the axle--the front--that more heavily loaded. I too think that appearance is important--see my Cayenne here--but you're allowing appearance to overwhelm function.
My 45-series 20s work very well; I think you'll be spending a lot of after-purchase money keeping your 22" wheels and tires running and that it will ride quite harshly.
But of course for every opinion like mine, there'll be at least another that will agree with your approach. It's your money; spend it for what you want, but be prepared to pay the continuing price.
