If Walter Rohrl says the manual is 3 seconds faster than the Tip around the Ring, isn't that good enough?

It is good enough...for a pro driver. It would be interesting to learn if the LSD gives an advantage to non-professional drivers or if Tiptronic would favor such drivers even more. Walter Röhrl took part in the 997 Turbo development, so he knows how to drive Tip right, the 3 seconds time difference is surely valid. However, still wondering: what about the "average Joe" driver?!

I am not interested in anyone's driving ability. The only relevant comparison is between cars not drivers.

By a 997 turbo you need ears? What do you expect to hear?
