The 992 GT3 will have to go Turbo to keep up. I don't think the 992 GT3 (if non-turbo) will sell as well if both the 992 CS and 992 GTS are much faster on both road and track.
Will the "Pure Driving Experience" of an NA 992 GT3 be enough of a selling point if it is the slowest model in the 992 range ??
pcosta:Hope that this will discourage some of the people who are just focused on numbers and make it easier to get an allocation with less of a mark-up by dealers.
And it may encourage Porsche to come up with the Touring version...

KresoF1:Racing yellow with silver wheels and red brake calipers?
Are you absolutely sure about it?
Yes Nick, are you really sure about schoolbus yellow? The weakest engines always go in the yellow cars...
Then again, you will easily spot it on the Starbucks parking lots

I thought long and hard on the calipers. I don't want to spend $10,000 to get carbon brakes with yellow calipers. If the red calipers don't look good the dealer will paint them yellow for $600. Also, keep in mind that the rear lights are red so it's not like red calipers will be that noticeable. My bigger problem will be the interior. I'll go with the LWB seats but the stripe will have to be silver. Grey and silver interior is boring especially with a RY exterior. But that is my only option. However, I will get the RY seat belts and full leather dash and stitching.

Yellow and black are a great combination. They are made for each other. I initially was going to order Carmine Red but after viewing a couple of 911's in that color, I thought RY was better suited for a race car like the GT3.
FWIW, the dealer had a birch green .1GT3 with 700 miles on it and it sold in one day. What a fabulous looking car.
