    PDE- Barber Motorsports Park (USA)

    Went to june 20-21 course. Was incredible and highly recommend it for everyone. No experience necessary. It has completely changed the way I feel about the car and its operating envelope. Ross Bridge Resort was excellent. I would have never taken the time to do this had my wife not cancelled my schedule and booked it for me as a birthday/anniversary/father's day gift!     The first pic you posted, the sprinkler wetting the skid pad, reminds me of the driving school my company has. Unfortunately we don't get to drive high performance P-cars, but rather modified old police cruisers. They are modified in that the instructor who sits in the passenger seat throws switches mounted to the glove box that lock up specific wheels, etc. :-) Oh yeah, I work for an oil company!!! It was a blast then, I can only imagine how much fun the P school is.

    My wife "says" that when we buy our P-car we will sign up for the driving school as well. We've done some off-road driving schools with our Land Rovers (Range Rover and Discovery II) so the shots of the Cayenne are appreciated by me.

    It sure looked fun!

    Just from the Cayenne PDE, which is what I did. And I agree with everything you've said, BTW. An incredible experience.

    I would but it is too hard squeezing 3 kids with LATCH seats in one row so we are looking at the Q7

    Have you checked out the Range Rover? I'm partial to both of my Land Rovers (Range Rover and Discovery II)! The RR should fit three car seats.

    I've done a fair amount of off roading in both of them and they really do handle extremely well. I've got a photo album full of shots like those posted. Its great to be on the side of a mountain, forging through a stream, etc., and then pitch a tent and spend the night under a star filled sky away from all city lights.
