It's a loud, brash, shiftless, brightly colored bird-of-paradise which - on the rare occasions it is not resting or idling - just spends its time gliding top-less through the SoCal sunshine from McDonalds to Starbucks. Those who briefly avail themselves of its services don't want to prolong their acqaintance, because they know it will lose its value. They also have serious doubts about its reliability.
