I will never understand Nic's motivation to constantily penetrate us with aspects about Porsche. Did he ever post a thread about Z06s loosing their roofs? No, that's something different. I guess soneone else had to do this..
Nick might be a nice guy in person (I never met him) but there are more interesting threads than his - I don't have a problem accepting mistakes that any person / company does but Nick never had the intention to put these aspects in the right perspective - as soon as it's about Porsche. That's what I DO mind!

Crash I have never be banned by any chat site. I was not allowed to post on this site Porsche forums for about 30 days and that was over couple of years ago.

Wow, it was on ebay and didn't meet reserve at highest bid $342k so it's relisted now so far at $218k w/ a June 22 end of auction date. Can't believe this is for a NEW CGT. I knew they were trading under msrp but didn't realize how low.

Ferdie, have you read my post regarding my 430 build quality? If not do so.
BTW what does this post have to do with my criticising Porsche. I posted what a new CGT was going for. If you want to attach a negative connotation to it that is a result of your own insecurity about the car.

Secondly, I believe -and I may be wrong- that one day in the near future, we'll be looking back at these current falling CGT prices and saying: I wish I bought one at that price. Because they'll be selling at a much higher premium. I think this is a temporary condition; likened to overselling in the stock market.

I am not into shopping for a CGT and I couldn't care less about that car's depreciation. You are trying to convince me that you are frequenting this board out of humble motivations? I have not read your post about the 430's built quality and I won't after your endless bragging about Porsche - and I can't remember any other manufacturer that you are constantly bragging about. You would've lost your face as a carnut and smart business keeping quiet about your car's issues, wouldn't you?
I don't mind controversial threads - no matter which issue it is about - as long as they are put into the right perspective. You choose to do so whether it fits your bill or not - and don't tell me you wouldn't do this on purpose. If I'd be longing for drivel, I'd be watching Teletubbies. Got it?
