Regarding the pictures, photography has long been somewhat of a hobby. Unfortunately I only had a cheapo little Sony U10 camera with me, so the pictures are rather grainy. A pity.
Very nice pictures, don't worry.
If you need a tiny little camera with a very good picture quality, get the SONY DSC-T1. I just got one and I love it. Picture quality is absolutely great for a point-and-shoot digital cam, size is unbelievable for a 5 Megapix cam, flash works pretty well too in dark areas (red eye is still a problem), speed is also impressive for such a little prosumer cam and with a 512 MB Memory Stick Pro Duo, you can put almost 200 high quality pics on it. And the best part: it has a video function (30 fps) and the quality (with sound) is absolutely stunning, especially if you want to post a video on the internet.
Highly recommendable!
Of course I also use my Canon EOS 1D and 300D but the SONY T1 goes with me almost everywhere.
