Dreamcar, thanx a thousand times for helping with uploading the first set of "virgin pics" of my new pride an joy 
The only reward I can provide is that you'll be the first Rennteamer to see it in the flesh next weekend - and even more joy - to go for a joint tour with your own beauty
Hopefully the weather will allow for some nice pics of our joint tour
Hope the effort of photoshopping and uploading the pics didn't spoil your Easter Sunday (well, if you suffered the same "Spring weather" like us - not much to spoil
)
Look out for Bud Weisers's pics at the 997 board - that's what Easter should be...). Thanx also for inserting the nice headlines to the pics
I'll try hard to improve my abilities as a photographer to Steve R's level in the future - might take more time for me as for Steve affording a new GT3 though
Hope the Cocoa comes across at least "half-realistic" - really hard to catch the colour's in the flesh impression unless you have a Pro-equipment

Actually I am so bored from the continuous grey German weather (but then: why did I choose Sealgrey
) that I would have taken the pic even if the house would have been painted in pink - just to add one single colourful pic (my next Porsche will be painted in SY 
). For the time being those coloured eggs must satisfy the lust for some Spring colours

Porsche-Jeck, just had a rewarding morning out in the sun waxing my baby (Zymol) to try and compete with yours next weekend! Bound to be dirty again by the time we arrive in Rheindahlen 
Car all checked and ready to go - including removing the headlights, converting them for driving on your side of the road - not quite as straight forward as the manual suggests but got there in the end.

P-J Awesome ride. Indeed a great color combo...wish i had the extra $$$ myself to do such a setup. Only 4 more weeks and i will be doing the same thing you just got to enjoy...factory pickup.
All, for sure we need to setup some kind of Rennteam group drive.

Dreamcar, I'm afraid you'll win the beauty contest - probably no time to wash the baby prior to our meeting - the wash boxes close at 6 PM over here - to early for me during weekdays.
Also had a rewarding morning - first time hit 250 km/h on the Autobahn (still avoiding redline) with my 72 yrs old Dad as a passenger - he looked 10 yrs younger afterwards fishing for compliments when he climbed out of the car in a very elegant manner
@ Freak: I don't know where in Europe you're living - if not too far away from Rhineland just join us next Saturday
@ AJ: guess you're story with this special female passenger made me blush more
@ turbokuo: yes, PASM it is - I'm very happy with it (not only for the sportier visual appearance)
@ harry: four weeks is a piece of cake - you will enjoy the factory pick up for sure. And saving some $$$ while not going crazy with options does not take away anything from the joy of driving a Porsche
Let me know if you like to play with a Rennteam fellow on those gorgeous Eifel-twisties after you got your own baby @ Throt: looking forward to see the "Baldy"-pics at Rennteam
