CloseThe first photo of the limited edition Centenario has been leaked ahead of a Geneva debut. It seems 20 of these cars are being built to to celebrate 100 years since the birth of the Italian automaker’s founder, Feruccio Lamborghini. It uses the Aventador SV as it's base.
I can't say I'm a fan of the styling which looks like something Mansory would do to an Aventador 
It looks like this photo may just be a render and not the real thing. I certainly hope that's the case. This is the patent office drawing for the car.
I agree the limited run cars have been less than beautiful. I'm not a fan of the SV treatment on the Aventador either. The standard production models usually look much better and far less over styled than the "performance" variants IMHO.

"We have managed to find out all the juicy specs. Basically the rumors were true, the V12 has been upgraded to 770 PS.
20 coupes and 20 roadsters will be made.
Lamborghini says the sprint from 0 to 62 mph (100 kph) will take 2.8 seconds while from 0 to 186 mph (300 kph) it will need 23.5 seconds.
Top speed is in excess of 217 mph (350 kph.)
The body is entirely made from carbon fiber and there’s an extending rear wing activated at high speeds to boost downforce."

Every Centenario will be painted to its owner's wishes. The model at Genf is a prototype designed to showcase the technology ranging from the bare carbon fiber body panels to the aerodynamic surfaces highlighted in yellow. Owners' cars will be significantly different from this one.
