A Turbo based GT2 and a GT2RS taking the place of the current GT3 and GT3RS.

Well I have heard rumours of an RS America as described by someone what would have good knowledge of future marketing plans. But I would think that was "talking about/investigating" not "doing".

Agreed, however, there's also a limit to how many units Porsche can produce in a given time. With the numerous variants they currently have on the market I can understand that it's not an easy task to supply the demand and make everyone happy.

with cars it is not only how fast they are on road and track but also how they make you feel when you drive them. i hope this is where the RS delivers.

He could have try to do a PTS with Porsche, but it could very well be a losing battle and months of talk could turn up as a no from Porsche.
With such a complete and custom job, one could argue this 'one of one' GT3RS might worth more than any other run-of-the-mill PTS GT3RS from Porsche.

Good, any trace of white left would of slowed the car down

Well I like it, but I have to say the UV in the flesh was just stunning, far better than I had expected from all the various pictures I had seen before.

I don´t see the point in choosing those decals and color either. Sorry, I initially thought the owner wants to match the color of his McLaren P1. Those decals, for me, are just wrong. If one wants to choose an original color, why not a proper Porsche color that would be difficult or impossible to order straight from the factory.
I find the diamond-cut finish on the rims very interesting but rather elegant and suitable for the less sporty models in the lineup.
Anyway, not my car, not my money, so...
