I think I would feel the same about the 991. I would love to have it as an addition to the 997 RS, but not to replace it. They're so different that they actually complement each other in my opinion.

No, I knew what was going on rather early.
Drive smooth and look where you want to go is two good things to keep in mind when things like this happens.

The problem was that I drove a little bit too fast, I missed the apex, blinded by the sun, and then entering the shadows where the track was wet again. I knew it was going to wet and tried not to over correct my mistake.

on new allocations for the RS: i asked my dealer whether mine is part of additional allocations for the RS. his answer is no, there won't be more than planned (according to him...) but this time around they had to proceed differently: the dealerships had to submit a list of their preordering clients with comments (like current vehicles, profession etc.) and then the PAG chose whom to assign cars to. also the dealerships were asked whether they would accept additional panamera allocations to 'earn' GT3RS allocations. mine got away with one only pana which thankfully they did not pass on to me......:::))))

glad i got it, still sore because fiat passed me up on the TdF:::(((

It is Lava Orange... I have no idea why it looks red... I took the pictures with my Note 4 and on my phone display it looks orange... Well... another LO mystery Smiley

Thanks a lot - I was looking for ideas for a wrap of my car - though, it will not be the same color scheme (neither Martini), I have now the right idea for the overall appearance.

Drove the GT3 RS on the track for the first time. Turn in , grip , sound, gearbox just wow . What an amazing car, you guys did so well buying one. It was Lava orange for the record, one the favorite colors here indecision

I said as much when I did Paul Ricard. The GT3RS works surprisingly well in the wet even with Cup2s.

Totally agree with Whoopsy.

I took delivery of my RS yesterday and drove over 60 KMS in rain. The biggest surprise for me is the tires, the traction in wet is unbelievable.
