There are apparently certain aftermarket exhaust systems for the Aventador which provide a flame spitting effect. I wonder if these cars shown in the videos were actually equipped with one of these exhaust systems. If so, the warranty is surely voided and the owners can only pray that their car insurance will pay for their damaged cars.

Yes - I had not realised till yesterday. I am becoming a big fan of these multi-layer paints. Far more sophistiticated than matt ones yet still very dramatic. Moreover, the colour varies with different lighting conditions during the day, and with the Ferrari ones at least they tend to have a glow at twilight which is accentuated in cloudy conditions - which we have plenty of in the UK ! The Rosso Bia car in the video link from your post is another multi-layer paint - I was really taken by it at the SV reveal in Geneva this year and my coupe is coming in that colour.
