We're at the point where you can be the fastest or just sound like you're the fastest.
The secret of life is to admire without desiring.

@ Rossi - Thanks - I had referenced that link too
If you want something unique, you should be ready to take some radical decisions, but not in terms of color choice. Singer 911 is very subtle car, so I would suggest that you should go with calm color, but with specific matte finish.
I`ve made quick render for you

ISUK:They have worked their magic on a targa and the result is just beautiful.
Indeed it is - I saw this being made in the "shop" when I visited California and then again at Goodwood once it was finished. The orange interior works really well. I will be speccing mine in the second week of September

997.2 C2 , -20mm I 964 Carrera 4 I 991 GT3 RS on order delivery early Sept .
apias:Did you decide on interior/exterior colors yet? (Above it says, "second week of September," but...)
Not yet - still vacillating! Retro pastelly green or orange still in the lead. Retro reds making a sudden appearance in my mind High quality problem to have though !

You know what's really cool about this? We're fortunate enough to have what's likely to be a start to finish journey of the process involved in ordering a Singer, documented with notes and pics, as well as the commentary and opinions of real enthusiasts. The thread will be one to follow for sure. (No pressure, Crayphile ).

apias:Well, I've yet to see pictures of one I didn't like, so I'm sure it's going to look great. How long does it take them to do it once you make all the decisions? (In other words, how soon till we see pics? )
The build slot is in October and the car will be finished around 6 months after that, possibly sooner. Interestingly, its the interior leather choice that needs to be nailed earliest as the lead time for those bits is the longest.
crayphile:Here are a couple of shots of the donor car being loaded on to the transporter to the docks. The car is now on the ocean and should be in California first week of September.
