So,here i am...
thanks again all for your comments!!
Enmanuel yes, time fly,Aleardo in september will be 6 years old...
Nick, yes i will track the car, sure not much, but i think 4/5 track days at year for sure.
Whoopsy, lava Orange is difficult to catch, but is difficult to remember too also, becouse it change too much, now that i'm far from the car for two days,i can't tell which pictures look more like the real thing...becouse i don't remember the real thing
Aldo/Throt,the shoes are a gift of my mother, and you know that moms can find all was to make sons happy.
So,now so thing about how the car runs..take in mind i make only 500kms before to leave from holidays, respecting the run-in procedure not over 5000 rpm(only two times i let go rpm a few up)
When i was waiting the car,i had two fears:colours and how it runs.
The colours is fantastic, how it runs, the same!
When i sit in the car,i turn the key and i push two buttons:PDK sport and exhaust valves open, the i put the PDK lever on manual...so i have one only drive mode, all racing, this from the first start at the dealer.
Also with this specs the car drives like a normal car...can be a 911 Turbo,a "standard" Carrera, maybe also a Panamera,it depens only from how much you push the throttle,if you push gentle nothing happen the car goes in a way that also my wife can go to the supermarket to buy the sugar without problems.
INSTEAD
if you push on the throttle hard, the car change face, the sound become THE SOUND,the car take rim FAST,and you understand that you are over something special, something fast. The steering wheel is direct, you put the tyres where you really whant to put them.As told before i pass only two times the 5000 rpm but i understand well what will happen after a never ending push of power...
I remember my former 997 Turbo, sure more power than the RS on lover rpm,but power that stop soon, and you must change gear to have power again, here the power seems to never stops(i think till 8800rpm),and the sound is totally different, this is a Scream, not only a wooooosh! With the Turbo every gear was right to hear the power, with the RS instead you must put the right gear...that is ever at least one less than the one you are thinking.
also on the roundabout with that tyres is not so easy also to drift, the car is too much planted,i think also there one gear less make all easier, but i've no tried well yet.
As i entered the Autostrada i have difficult times to stop at 5000rpm,the sound and all the rest make me thing that my driving license will have short life...
Also over 170km/h you hear the "noise" of the air that hit the rear wing...really seems the car is pushed down from the air.
Hope to let understand my opinions and impressions to you all,as told before only after 500kms of drive, then when i will go home in 9 days,i will start from 500kms on the speed o and i can go up with the RPM and all will be better again.
One last ting,people:
In the last four years sportscars in Italy, due to media etc. are not really well see,and i remember with my Cayenne Turbo some episode of people judging me and the car not in the right way. With the RS people drives crazy!!They take pics with smartphone in every possible way, tablet on the side window that makes videos during overtake, thumbs up from riders on motorcycles, who stops in front of the car to take pics in the mid of the road at the traffic lights. Then i saw pictures popping up on Facebook, internet, etc. Hahahhaha
really,if you have something to hide this is not the right car..
