The longer I drive it, the more I am convinced I will do the same. You need to be crazy to exchange the Performante with something new, simply because nothing new will come close to the emotional sensation this car creates.
All those hissing, clicking, clanking, etc. noises created by the engine and gearbox are just unique to this car. Once you turn Corsa off and switch to Strada, it is like the calm after a battle. So impressive.

So far, knock on wood, over 1200 trouble free kms.
Oh, there is one issue: I tried to register with the Lamborghini app and I already got the invitation (without it, you cannot get access and register), data was already pre-entered by my dealer and so on.
After I picked up my car, I entered the VIN and sent a copy of my car documents, as requested. Today, they "kicked" me out, no car registered again. 
So I tried again and the same happens: I get "kicked" out after an hour, no car registered. Called the service hotline and they claim...now hold your breath...my car doesn't exist. There is no such VIN. Now I need to wait and talk to the dealer to see what is going on. 
Nothing serious but kind of funny.

Nah, those are the new Porsche drivers now in Germany, they advanced from AMG to Porsche. 
The others who were already at Lamborghini level, moved up (down? ) to Ferrari...or Tesla. 
The Porsche drivers moved up to McLaren. Weird world here. 
I can calm you down though: Not many gold chains with 911 GT models. Yet.

was yesterday at the Lamborghini factory…..must say that the lambos are the supersportcar to have today….way moore beautiful then ferrari...the design is just much better...compliments RC you got a beast of a car, saw also for the first time a 992...the front is just toooo big….no 911 felling looks like a big porsche panamera

Thank you. You know what I think: The best combination would be the light weight construction of McLaren in combination with the n/a engines of the Huracan and Aventador. The Aventador has a huge handicap, that crappy gearbox. I still wonder why Lamborghini didn't have the balls to develop a new gearbox for the car and yes, it would have costed them a lot of money but for a car which costs over 400k, I think it would have been worth it. Just imagine the Aventador SVJ with a proper gearbox system on the Nordschleife...it would shave off at least 5-10 seconds from the record time. 
VW Group did two major mistakes with the Huracán and Aventador:
1. They should have developed a proper carbon tub for both cars, similar to McLaren.
2. The Aventador needs a proper gearbox.
I've never been to Sant'Agata Bolognese but a couple of people I know have been there and all of them were impressed. Germans aren't easy to impress when it comes to car manufacturing but one of these people has been at the Lamborghini factory around 10 years ago and he says that it changed completely, very professional and advanced. It reminded him a lot of the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen but still with that "taste" of a smaller production.

Yes.it looks like a hospital inside, it is like that also in maserati which I visited in the morning, it is very clean and organised, but still with Italian style...that makes the best combination...and the personalisation...impressive..you can make just an unique car. I was impressed when I saw the assemmbling the V12 engine....just WOOOWWW

they told me that maserati will be the groups EV brand , they will have their own petrol engines and hybrid solutions.
making ferrari more esclusive on its own, maserati just under, they said that they have to be more higher level, and leave alfa romeo under them...it all makes sence…..we will see...hope for them the best.
