I hope you can make Scuderia Hanseat, but if for some reason you cannot, then come with me to Scuderia S7 a few weeks later

Hanseat is booked and paid. So I will attend no matter what. Great that you joined S7. They are ex Scuderia. You will have a great time to enjoy the Ring to it s fullest. I would love to join you but not sure I can do both so close. What are the dates ? Otherwise I am sure we will do a meet somewhere.

Hi Olli,
If you could join the Gedlich trackday in Bilster Berg on 24th August, it would be great: I will be there with my GT4 (white, black wheels) and I am expecting a GT3 RS for December for which I still need to decide the color.. Would be great to see yours in white and meet you !
Grüße

Hi GoHardGT3RS, I posted my initial impressions on June 16, right after the RT software glitch and the subsequent re-launch of the thread (page 1 of the thread).
Not much more to add at this stage, I hope to put the running-in behind me the weekend after next, and then it is off to the races...will keep you posted.
OT: But I need some advice from italian Renteamers:
Hi,
Me and my wife was thinking that we should do the Mille Miglia during our vacation.
I do not know if it is an good idea or bad idea. The thought is that we probably end up at places we normally wouldn't consider visit.
So I wonder if you dear Renneamers know of any hidden or maybe not so hidden gems we should visit on our tour?
Please PM me or post in this thread on Rennlist so I don't polute this fine thread.

Lars997:RC:Lars997:RC:Private ground...didn't you see the signs? Not that I'm unhappy about the photos.
No signs there! Even private ground - what you can see from the street you can take pictures of!
Different if you are inside the gate - then you have to follow the house rules.
And btw - I was up to finding more stuff.... but sadly nothing new at all, everything was boring
I thought you were inside, it looked that way.
If you want interesting, go near Weissach (main road to and from the development center). It isn't easy to find a good spot for taking photos but if you hide (otherwise you could get a visit from the police or the Porsche "Werksschutz") and have a fast camera, everything is possible. Planned to do this for a long time but never actually had the time. I know that the Werksschutz has no authority on public ground but be careful, some of the adjacent land near or close to Weissach development is the property of Porsche. I once parked on a small road inside a wood close by and the Werksschutz sent me away. Didn't even want to take photos (nothing to see there), I just wanted to eat my breakfast because I had an appointment later.
I know that corner - old days I was often there.
I have an idea - next time you are in the area we are going there together - armored with the big Nikon guns :)
You want Porsche to get really mad? Oh well...we can do that.

Yeah thats not gonna be suspicious at all, an SLS and a souped up Mustang hanging around the porsche factory and two guys wearing AP, carrying around bazooka sized cameras, and hiding in the bushes.
