3. Deleting 446 wheel caps (included with XDA)
4. Adding XDA Black painted wheels (partially).

Whilst not a fan of black wheels - I must confess that with a metallic white car, silver wheels may look a bit odd. I'd go for the gloss black over the satin brown also.

My thoughts exactly - at best the silver ones would look "unfinshed". Would have got away with silver better if I didn't want the gloss black GTS Exterior pack.
Interestingly you can see the difference clearly between solid white on sfo's photos and carrara white on carreraddicts car. I would never have realised it if we hadn't seen the two whites close to each other on Saturday. Carrara white is quite subtle though, have to look really closely to see that it's metallic., not like some where you have obvious mica particles

+1
Have you considered the Sport Techno (easier to clean too) wheels instead? It has GT silver finish which would complement the carrara white metallic.
black painted wheels always seem a touch too bling ..

Not that keen on the Sport Techno wheels to be honest, prefer the elegant ten spoke styling of the standard Carrera S wheel. They are also another £800 odd more expensive.
I actually think that finally after all the soul searching, thinking, configurator fiddling, listening to opinions here and with other petrol heads I'm friendly with, most important of all SWMBO we have finally arrived at the specification we're happy with. Sure if money was completely no object we could have had adaptive cruise control, carbon door finishers, ceramic brakes, paint to order etc etc but we are finally content.

...but I'll wager you'll change something prior to locking in your order!!!
One item I missed to list (although on the original order) is 498 - deletion of model designation (from the boot lid) but left the GTS script on the doors.. I thought it looked too cluttered with PORSCHE and Boxster GTS.

Good choice! I always like that deleted. Mine also had just PORSCHE on the boot lid. It is more than enough

It's purely personal but if I were going to debadge the car it's the PORSCHE logo I'd remove and leave the model designation only just like the 987 models. The factory space the badges so that the model designation sits in the correct point near the bottom of the boot lid. Peeling the Porsche lettering off is easy to do. Here is a very crude P Shop.

If I remember correctly, when you delete model designation as a factory option, the PORSCHE logo is placed slightly lower. Right in the center between where PORSCHE and Cayman GTS on your car is. Was looking for a picture, but I don 't have on from this angle.

Yes, that is the case (at least on the 991 ) because I have only the Porsche lettering and it is right in the middle.
