The car is fast enough at 475 hp but Sun hopes for lotsa additional torque as well
and resulting improvement canyon slamming and on route 6 on the South Island - 150 miles of 1st-2nd-3rd gears up n down. It was way fun in the 2015 Gt3 , and Sun is looking for more fun by Feb of 2018👍👍

If Sun wants much more torque, then I think a model with a "2" in the name instead of a "3" will fit the bill
Or maybe a new GTS...

Get Sun the new Cayenne Turbo S (should be available 2018). He (and you) won't be disappointed.

Haha,
you must be kidding! What task that Sun has would that accomplish - unless he added a new one of breaking down on the station tracks? It sure would be a f.k drag on the 6, compared to GT3.
The GT3 with more torque will accomplish the task - will it still weigh close to 3000#???
And Dean,
GT2 RS with 2wd and all that T on wet roads..... squeeeeeeeeeeeze on the throttle, did it with prior GT2's and don't fancy it again. The T increase to 4.0 should suffice, combined with the close box. Running in the rain about 60% of the time in NZ, and 85% on the 6 which runs up the SI West Coast that gets 5-9 metres rain a year.....

Probably at least 3,250 in real world (66 pounds less with Manual, I think)

Ok, question for the group / slight dilemma / advice needed.
A good buddy of mine can swing a press pass ticket for the 8th at Geneva to go to the GT3 launch. I have some real meetings in Frankfurt on the 8th, do I stay faithful to work/professional topics or do I reschedule to do Geneva?

Ohhh - that was difficult. A fun business meeting in Frankfurt or a boring car show in Geneva on the press day?

I am hoping to get an allocation this summer and ordering a PTS. However, there is a rumor that PTS will not be available until the Spring of 2018. If true, I will forego the PTS.
Anyone have any information on this?
"A man wrapped up in himself makes for a very small bundle."
Has anyone actually noticed that Q7 there?
Yes, this is the final car (GT3). It is a pity we don't have a front shot but I think we already know how it is going to look from the front.

Kobalt:nberry:Is there any camouflage on the rear? I don't recognize the black center under the wing
They taped over P O R S C H E GT3 so we that won't know what car it is...
It looks like the air vent has been incorporated into the wing. I think that is what Nick is referring to.

They did a good job covering that up, I was under the impression it was the cab!
