Must be worldwide... here in Spain Porsche dealerships must be separate, they may own other brand dealerships of course, but the Porsche showroom and shop must be on a separate location, with the cooporate exterior look, and cannot be shared with any other brand.
Here in Switzerland, or at least at Porsche Zug, they are since last year or so also selling Bentleys at the Porsche showroom.
