You guys like this thing? Seems American cars are way cooler in Europe than in America. Guess the same is true for European cars in the US.
I think these cars are hideous. Wouldn't be caught dead in one.
Yes, US cars have quite an appeal in Europe, especially the Ford Mustang versions, the Camaro, the Challenger and various Jeeps like the GC SRT, the Wrangler and even the Diesel versions of them. The Corvette for example not that much because it still has that "pimp" image over here. Same goes to the Viper btw..
I had considered a Ford Mustang GT500 Shelby, maybe even in Super Snake flavor (200 horses more) but in the end, I just don't have any additional garage space for another car. The Camaro ZL1 is also interesting, so was the Challenger SRT for little money (40k EUR in Germany).
My Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is an amazing car, top quality (completely unexpected from a US SUV) and I just love it. It attracts more attention than any Cayenne over here and the performance is out of this world. From standstill, it needs exactly 4.4 seconds to 100 kph and it is fast as a rocket, there is no lag from standstill.
I really think that American car lovers, sometimes, don't really have a clue how good some of the US cars are. Also, the price/performance ratio is amazing with US cars. For 40k EUR (Challenger SRT), I get a BMW 3 series with little options and a Diesel engine.
In Bavaria, actually almost every douche bag drives a BMW 3 series. You actually want to be different.
