And also, those are general industry style standards that we can notice across many cars over just these two. NSX for example.. etc.. etc..

Exactly, clear lenses were "in" until recently LED light strips became "in"
I wouldn't read too much into this... all new cars look too much the same anyways. I stick with solid old cars

I have made repeated searches for a good look at C7 vs Ferrari headlights. Best I can see, the vette only uses 6 LED's alingned with the main units; while the Ferrari uses 8.
Really, if they were copying wouldn't they have tried to make it look better? 
Humor aside, I agree with ATZporsche that government restrictions have turned many manufacturers to turn to similar solutions.
I also agree with Nick that GM steals design ideas from Ferrari (and slightly degrades them) and Ferrari steals engineering ideas from GM (and majorly enhances them). Not sure about "working together", but Nick will prove me wrong 
They both share a mutli decade grudge against Ford! (Failed buyout of Ferrari in the early 1960's and ongoing competition to GM (and they were not the company that went bankrupt)). 
There is a rivalry of ages and not seasons to be appreciated!

That's exactly the reason why I don't like modern Corvettes. They are just a very bad copy. They don't have their own identity.
If someone told me Corvettes were Chinese copies of Ferraris, I would belive it.....although the build quality would have been better if that was true

Am I the only one who sees corvette copying Ferrari's headlights all these years?All these pictures shows how corvette is following the headlight design concept from Ferrari and nobody ever mentioned this. Who can tell me I'm wrong?
That´s pretty hilarious... but I can see your point.
