VAT.This deal sounds really excellent!Just checked on the website for deals here in Switzerland and as far as i can see it looks like this: get a demonstrator for chf 86k instead of 99k new price and do the leasing with jeep (fiat finance). With a downpayment of chf 25k (approx 20k eur) , 10000km and 36 months lease period the monthly payment is chf 1000. That's more than double than your lease rate!! Maybe it would look different if offered directly thru the dealer, but i am sure that it will come nowhere close to your solution, so enjoy it and congrats again on your SRTs!
Ask your dealer directly, not a website. 
There is a special deduction for businesses in Germany (like I said before...a whopping 15k EUR), so maybe this offer is valid in other countries too.
