This last one has UK number plates , so it seems they are some customers cars ( or at least dealer cars ).
Porsche UK. 
First customer (and dealer) cars will be available after October 5th. Everything you see on the street now is owned by Porsche.

I spoke directly with my P source-CL Turbo S wheels wont be available in any other color apart from current polished upper surface/inner shiny black scheme. Buyers from USA and Asian markets like that combination very much apparently...
Yes, indeed. Don't have a clue why though. 
I love the look of the black Turbo S rims, they really look good. The only problem is: I cannot get them in black from the factory and I do not want to paint them afterwards because the paint shop would need to remove the tires from the rims and on a 300+ kph car, this is too risky for me. What a shame...
So maybe I am going to have them painted in black next spring but this also means I would have to buy a new set of tires. Hmm...

well, if it comes with Pirelli boots you'll want to replace them anyway....
Unfortunately the Pirelli PZero was the only N-certified street tire for the 991 Turbo S, not sure if things have changed but the Bridgestone and Michelin didn't have the approval when I last checked. I could also go for the Dunlop Sport Maxx (same used on GT3), which is certified but this is an UHP tire and with lots of rain in Germany...hmm...not good.

Regarding painting CL Spyder design Turbo S wheels in black color check in-depth with Porsche and your dealers paint shop. My P source told me that polished upper sourface is the problem and that this surface is treated in some special way so it can not be painted in other colors. That is also the main reason for Porsche not offering Turbo S CL wheels in Black or Matte Platinum for example.
Another pretty stupid reason is from marketing department-their study shown that over 90% of Turbo/Turbo S buyers actually like Polished Spyder design wheel-it looks upper class and expensive to them. Oh my...
